Adults
For those who are ready to explore their inner world
My psycho-spiritual approach is for adults who are ready and willing to engage with their inner world. Together, we will explore not only present challenges, but also the underlying patterns, beliefs and defences that shape your experience. The aim is to develop awareness, compassion and understanding in a way that allows for real and lasting transformation.
Our work may include exploring childhood experiences, attachment patterns, life transitions, identity, purpose, grief, crisis, spirituality, relationships and the parts of self that have been hidden, rejected or silenced over time. At its heart is the belief that healing comes from reconnecting with who we truly are beneath conditioning, fear and survival patterns.

Children & Young Adults (11–24)
Support through periods of growth, change and becoming
Childhood, adolescence and early adulthood are profound periods of emotional, psychological and spiritual development. Young people today are navigating immense pressures whilst also trying to discover who they are, where they belong and how to remain connected to themselves in a rapidly changing world.
My work with children and young adults offers a grounded, supportive and non-judgmental space where they can explore their inner experience safely and honestly. This may include challenges around identity, self-esteem, anxiety, friendships, family dynamics, emotional overwhelm, school pressures, belonging, independence, relationships or life direction.
Rather than seeing young people as problems to be fixed, I see them as individuals in the process of becoming. Often, beneath difficult behaviour, withdrawal, anxiety or conflict, is an unmet need, an unspoken feeling, or a deeper struggle to make sense of themselves and the world around them.
The aim of the work is to help young people build emotional awareness, resilience and self- understanding so that they can move through this stage of life with greater confidence, clarity and authenticity.

Couples
Every relationship carries its own story.
Relationships are meant to grow and evolve over time. Which means that, alongside love and connection, there can also be misunderstanding, conflict, hurt, distance, and patterns that may seem impossible to escape. Often, these patterns are not simply about what is happening in the present, but are rooted in the experiences, beliefs and ways of relating that each partner brings into the relationship.
Couples therapy offers a space for both parties to better understand each other and themselves. To become curious about the dynamics that have developed and what they may be trying to communicate.
Together we create a safe and compassionate environment where difficult conversations can take place, old wounds can be acknowledged, and new ways of relating can emerge. Ultimately heading toward a relationship that is more conscious, authentic and resilient—where both individuals can grow alongside one another whilst honouring the relationship they have created.

Families
Understanding the deeper patterns within family life
Families are living systems and no family is without struggle, complexity or change. Behavioural dynamics can develop quietly and gradually, until communication breaks down, tension grows, or family members no longer feel seen, heard or understood.
My role is to offer an impartial and compassionate presence that helps bring greater awareness. Together, we explore patterns of communication, conflict, emotional disconnection and the ways in which each individual’s experience impacts the whole.
When this happens, space opens for greater empathy, honesty and connection.
Sessions can be tailored to suit the needs of each family. The overall aim being to develop shared understanding and constructive ways of relating — so that each member can grow as an individual whilst also feeling supported, valued and connected within the family as a whole.
