About Me
Born and raised in Wales, I spent many years following a conventional life path, whilst also navigating recurring periods of anxiety and depression. Throughout my life I have encountered many profound personal thresholds — moments that challenged me, reshaped me, and ultimately deepened my understanding of who I am beneath conditioning and expectation. These experiences continue to inform the way I meet others in their own moments of transition.
After an initial career in international marketing, I began formal training in counselling and psychotherapy in 2009. Alongside this, I immersed myself in the study of philosophy, religion, mythology, and mysticism — threads that now weave naturally into my therapeutic approach.

My own inner work has been both transformative and humbling. It has taught me that every ending contains the seed of a beginning, and this belief underpins the environment I cultivate with clients. I support people who find themselves at important crossroads, drawing on clinical training, psycho-spiritual understanding, and lived experience to help them reconnect with their deeper nature.
Over the past 15 years I’ve had the privilege of working with a wide range of individuals in private practice and educational settings. These encounters continue to shape my practice and reinforce my trust in the human capacity for growth and renewal.
I am also a mother of four, an experience that has expanded my empathy, compassion, and appreciation for the complexity of being human.
