ABOUT ME
Eleanor Morgan Bsc (hons), CPCAB Diploma Therapeutic Counselling, MBACP (Registered)
Born and raised in Wales, I settled in Hampshire in 2007 after a period of living abroad.
I began my own personal therapy at the same time, having faced bouts of depression and anxiety throughout my life.
Experiencing the benefits for myself, in 2009 I chose to give up my career in international marketing to re-train as a counsellor.
I seek to develop meaningful connection within a safe, confidential space. Everyone deserves to explore what is really important to them and I work in a way that enables you to do just that.
My approach is a holistic one, which means that I will focus on you in your entirety - as the mind, body and spirit are fundamentally interconnected.
I am a member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists. I am always studying and looking to improve my skills through professional development. I have a particular interest in feminist theory, depth and transpersonal psychology, archetypal psychology, systemic therapy and trans-generational trauma.
I have had the privilege of working with a broad spectrum of clients, including a number of years working with young adults in higher education.
In 2022 I relocated to Bali, Indonesia, where I am enjoying immersing myself in the culture and learning a different way of life.
I love what I do and am proud to say that my clients are my greatest teachers.
